1.       How to Sign-up a membership?

 

   a.  type the following address into your URL: http://member.chinesemenu.com/signup.html

   b.  Click on the Sign up now button in the bottom right screen.

   c.  In the window that appears, enter your E-mail Address and Nickname at the "Tell us about yourself..." section; Enter your password twice at the "Select password" section; choose one from the "Tell us more, your will get more service", the default selection is "I am a Chinese Food Fan".

   d.  Click on the "Create My Account" button.

 

      Congratulation! You are now become a member of Chinesemenu.com.

 

     Read the following section if you have chosen "I am a Chinese Restaurant", otherwise go to third section.

 

2.       When you have chosen "I am a Chinese Restaurant":

 

      There are eight blocks at the center of web page: "Restaurant Information", "Change Password", "Menu Management", "News Management", "Picture Management", "Video Management", "Comment Management" and "Order Management".

 

   "Restaurant Information": Enter your restaurant information into the blanks. Information for "Restaurant Name", "Address" and "Contact" are essential. You may also enter your base information by click tabs under the title of "Base Information".

 

     "Change Password": You can change your sign in password in this section.

 

     "Menu Management": Five tabs under the title of "Menu Tab": "Menu List" shows your restaurant menu you have added. To add new menu click "Add Menu", fill up the blanks, click "Submit" to finish adding menu, a fast way to add menu is in "Add Menu Fast" section; "Menu Garnish" shows garnish your restaurant can provide.

 

    "News Management": Click "List News" to view all news you have added. To add news, click "Add News", fill up the blanks, and then click "Submit" to finish.

 

    "Picture Management": To view all photo you current have, click "Photo List"; click "Add Photo" to add a new photo; "Photo" by Friends shows the photo which uploaded by your friends.

 

   "Video Management": All of your video will can be found by click "Video List"; "Add Video" used for adding new video, you can edit your video by click "Edit Video".

 

   "Comment Management": You can view all comment from your restaurant customers in this section. You can view different comment by switching between "Users Comment" and "Yelp Comment".

 

   "Order Management": "Today" and "All" show your restaurant customer orders, "My Today Order" and "My All Order" show the order you have made. To configure an order, click "Config Order", fill up the blanks, and then click "Submit" to finish.

 

3.       When you have chosen "I am a Chinese Food Fan":

 

    There are six tabs in the top bar: "Home"; "Profile"; "Messages"; "Order"; "Favorites"; "Reservations" and "Shipping address".

 

    "Profile": You are now entered "profile" page; you can fill up your personal information into the blanks space. You may upload a picture by click on the upload button which is on the right of "photo". Click browse button and select a picture you want to upload, then click "upload" button.

 

   If you would like to get emails from us about Chinese restaurant news, new product information, and so on, please tick the BOX on the right side of "email accept".

 

   Once you filled the blanks, click on the "Submit" button. You can change your personal information any time in the "profile" page.

 

   "Home": Here you can see your membership information in general. You can see if there is: any "New messages" for you; any "Orders" or "Reservations" you have made; any "Favorites" staff you have added. 

 

   "Messages": "Inbox" shows messages you have received. "Outbox" shows messages you have send.

 

   "Order": Shows your current orders. To make a new order, click "go to restaurant order", you can either enter your address or choose a location to view restaurants, nightspots, hotels, and attractions near you. Then, three tabs appear under restaurant name, "Menu", "Photo" and "Reservation". Click "Menu", choose the dish you would like to order, you can see the number of order you have made at "My order" which is on the right side of Search bar. Then, If you want to cancel an order, click "My order" or "Check Out" which is under the order logo (), then click "checkout" button to cancel order.

 

   "Favorites": You can view favorite restaurant you have saved. Click "go to browse all restaurants", click restaurant name, then click "Add to Favorites", you may write any note in the white box, click "Submit" to save the restaurant as your favorites.

 

   "Reservations": Shows your current Reservations. To make a new reservation, click "go to restaurants reservations", you can either enter your address or choose a location to view restaurants, nightspots, hotels, and attractions near you. Then, three tabs appear under restaurant name, "Menu", "Photo" and "Reservation". Click "Reservation"; fill up your personal information, click "submit", an email will then send to your email address.

 

   "Shipping address":  Shows the address where you wish your order to be delivered. Fill up your address information into the blanks, click "submit" to finish. Click "return", go to previous page, your shipping address should now display on your screen.
